FEDEX CRITICAL & OWNER OPERATORS

I am interested in contracting with FedEx Critical and having fleet drivers drive for me. I would appreciate if owner operators or fleet operators currently contracting with FedEx Critical respond to this form. I need some ADVICE as to how to pay drivers - per/mile or percentage and some tipycal rates.

Also, what are the AVERAGE MILES that team can drive for Fedex Critical?

Last, but not least, WHAT ROUGH NET INCOME SHOULD I EXPECT OUT OF THIS BUSINESS PER MONTH

I do not drive for FedEx but the typical o/o arrangement is a 60/40 split.

Hi,there are many theards on this topic so i will try to cover the basics 60-40 split driver get's 60 he or she pays fuel and tolls.You can write up a contract with a driver any way you two want that's just one example.The driver you get will have the biggest impact on your profit,so choose well and treat them well things may work out.
