expediter boards- please explain

I read where a o/o had mentioned "staying on the expediter boards" Maybee your answer will also answer my next. Does this expediter board apply only to o/o or too fleet driver as well? Thanks loads

please do an advanced search on "load boards". just like i have it. read back and learn. also search for threads titled "own authority"
