I know this is off topic but there is a town near where I live, 25 miles away, where you can take your wife to the town's square and publicly beat her on Sunday afternoon. It's some old law that has never been taken off the books. Kinda like where I grew up there was a law on the books that said women couldn't show any part of their legs from just below the ankle up.

Hey Beemer, this isn't Nazi Germany. My state "allowed" Mr. Franken to run for office because he met the criteria, paid a filing fee and was endorsed by the Democratic Farm Labor party.

Are you personaly doing aything to stop it?

What are you suggesting here Beemer; the old gas oven trick? While Mr. Franken isn't my first choice or even my second choice for Senate I think I will wait until November 4th before I do anything to stop him. That would be the legal and democratic thing to do, don't you think!
