E350 Fuse Location?

I need to replace fuse for the cigarette lighter. Cant locate the panel. Owners Manuel is gone. Its a 2006 model.

But the quick answer is it's by your left knee ..... remove the cover and there it is.

It is under the hood drivers side. Labeled "Power Distribution". Why cant they just say Fuse Panel?
