After a number of days of pondering this and a horrible ride into Chicago, where I came close to needing ID, I came up with my own little system.
I placed a card in my wallet with all the needed info on it and then reduced that down and laminated it and put it on the key chain in my ignition switch. I never take that key out so it works for me. I also then enlarged the list and put it on the side of a cabinet in my sleeper. Although I still hope nothing ever happens to me at Wally World, the info is now on my person and in my truck.
Thanks to whoever started this thread for giving me something to think about that may one day save my life, my truck or atleast keep my kids informed of what happened to me. That will be important since they only track me down when they need money or one of my trucks to move furniture.

I thought changing diapers was a pain. Adult children still make a SH*&TY mess, it just is not in the pants.
