Don't have a truckstop guide?

I found a website that has come in handy. TruckstopInfo.com: For all your needs on the road. We needed some info on a QT truckstop and was able to find it here. We had bought fuel at QT's before but never used their facilities. They have nice clean large showers with fluffy towels but do not provide washcloths! That patr was not on truckstopinfo I just thought I'd throw that in for extra caution so you don't get in the shower without one.

So, I'm a newbie (almost), please tell me how the showers work. Do you need to bring in your own soap, shampoo, towels, wash cloths, etc.? Are there separate showers for men and women? Or, could I shower with my husband?

Most of them will have those little bars of soap you get at a motel and some of them have a liquid soap dispenser on the shower wall, but I always go in there with my own fully stocked shower bag. They will also let you and your husband use the same one for one price. The times my wife has gone with me on the road that's never been a problem. Just be sure to ask for extra towels.

Don't forget your shower shoes!!!

Although they do provide towels, after reading the posts about employees cleaning the showers with driver towels....and first hand seeing towels that look like the ones that they clean with rolled up for drivers to use.....I think I will be bringing my own towels from home next time!!!

We also have our own supplies for showering...The wife usually will go first and then call me via cell and then I will go next...some shower rooms are abit small for full bodied people! *lol*
