It seems that there have been attempts to defame the character of my wife and my self-self. Statements that border on libel have been posted in my wife's name about me.

I will NOT tolerate this sort of activity.

I would suggest that, IF, you are not able to handle the daily give and take in the SOAPBOX, STAY OUT!!

ANY attempt to threaten my wife, myself, our character or our standing with FedEx will be met with the strongest legal action possible.

I WILL be contacting a lawyer in the next day or so to determine what if any action I can take at this point or at a future date if needed.

Take this as it is intended. This is NOT a threat, this is a promise.


ANY further attempt at this sort of thing WILL be taken as a serious attempt to do damage to my wife, my self AND my business and will be met with the strongest of legal steps to rectify the problem

This notice is NO WAY intended to hold Expediter's Online responsible for this in ANY way shape or form. They have been only professional in this matter.

This is NOT directed at ANY one member or group of members. It IS, however, directed as ANY member or group of members that make any further attempt at this sort of activity.

I know I can safely say ole Jimboree is a real A-hole and nut case....as it is not possible to insult someone who is permanently barred and no longer a member..

I would also think that someone who creates multiple persona's and deliberately interrupts the business of EO ...EO would have legal standing for a lawsuit as well....
