Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have not seen many restaurants open for sit down dining. I wonder how many will open as they were or if fast food with little seating will become the norm? Is the traditional truck stop restaurant with the drivers counter a thing of the past?
Our one attempt to visit with a friend at a newly open restaurant was a disaster that will not be repeated. This truck stop has a chain restaurant inside and I have never found the restaurant personnel to be very friendly. That has not improved.
