Is it just me, or did anyone else think that the Lions were robbed today? Which part of two feet, a butt cheek, and an arm all hitting the ground do the referees and the league not understand. Sorry, but the Lions were stone cold mugged by some goofy guys in zebra shirts.

Yep saw it a thousand times, it was played over and over and over like it was some big deal.

Quran burning, the rioting in Detroit, the staving kittens in Pontiac and OVM being in Woodhaven all took a back seat about a play that was made by a second rate team at a sports event - oh the humanity.

The rule is very simple, he must maintain possession of the ball until the maneuver is completed. That means not roll around and play on the turf, not do any butt skiing, and not let go of the ball. If he held onto the ball when he got up, it would not have been an incomplete pass.

In my growing up,Greg the state you live in was always the state up north.As my dad went to and played football at Ohio State,we grew up being avid buckeye fans.As big a buckeye fan as I am,I have to say ,if ythe woverine freshman quarterback keeps doing what he's bveen doing the last 2 weeks,he may become the first freshman Heisman trophy winner,This kid is awesome.

But see Steve, Nothing has to do with the players but the rules which I think it is funny actually.

This is professional football and not college sports. There are rules and regulations, unions and millions of dollars, some of which are our tax money - all for entertaining people.

Listening to the comments today on the news stations, it seems we are just like Rome before the fall, who cares if the place is falling down around us, we are going to the games.
