DDPS and the EOBR

How does the EOBR log drivers on loads that require DDPS? If the truck is stopped for fuel, food, potty breaks, scales and the non-driving person has to get up from sleeper; does it indicate both drivers on duty? Does it move the non-driving person to on duty not driving? If so, does this non-driving person start their 14 hours clock? Or, does this person get violated because he/she has not had 10 hours of consecutive sleeper berth?

do you log the change of duty status now?
most teams on ddps or sec1,dont usually log the stops,or set the stops up so you can both be up legally

We work around those stops. Plan driver changes for fuel stops etc. Use "on board" personal devices etc.
