Guys does this pay scale sound fair to you. Need some objective input as I'm a newbie.

"Team Drivers agree to 55% and solo 45% of gross earnings to truck plus F.S.C. as a fair wage with loaded miles being 1500 per week, or 60% and solo 55% of gross earnings plus F.S.C. with loaded miles over 3000 per week or more. Drivers will be charged for fuel and Occupational Insurance. Each driver will be paid 50% of the balance after deductions. Solo Drivers will be paid 40% plus F.S.C."

Wow sounds like the same owner trying to scam another person. If you look back in the forum a little there were two other drivers looking at the same thing.

Let me guest this is owner form TN,correct??Don't give a name just a YES or NO answer.

If your going pay fuel,60% MIN.!Or 40% and owner pays fuel and tolls.Never let a owner talk you into anything less than 60% IF you pay fuel.If you pay fuel,you get 100% fsc.I think I know the owner you been speaking to,ill send you a pm.

You need to read back at least two years in the general, newbies and recruiter forums. Not every word but all of the threads that look interesting and/or answer questions like this one. As already mentioned, this was recently discussed and is a bad deal.

Agree with the others. Sounds like a scam.
