Chicago Speed Traps Effective July 1st

I think speeding and aggressive driving is getting out of control.....they should hit drivers hard in the wallet...each and every time...

They are out or were in large numbers this AM... I went thru downtown Chicago on 90 at 3 AM and within a 3 mile stretch they had 4 cars pulled over and 2 radar units waiting their turn...more then I have seen in a long time...
