Major flooding and natural disasters are always the fault of the sitting President. Bush was responsible for Katrina and several other hurricanes. It therefor stands to reason that Obama is responsible for the oil rig fire and the flooding in Nashville. All those levees that he did nothing to bring up to date after over a YEAR in office. How incompetent. He should hire beavers to take care of all of the levees. They are far better than he his at taking care of things like that.

Imagine if Barry had learned anything from Bush and he had hired these "busy beavers" to take care of his responsibility to contain flood he would not be looking so stupid as he does so little to help those people. Maybe he planned the floods, to kill white people or something, like Bush blew up the levees in New Orleans to kill black people. He likely blew up that oil rig to implicate Cheney too.
