Cant communicate with truck to pull codes

Good afternoon y'all

I'm getting frustrated with a 2008 Hino 268 as it's not communicating with DXII or any other OBD.

I've used the USB nexiq link and nexiq link 2 with DX2 on two other trucks and they connected just beautifully, also tried 4 other OBD readers and they will pull the codes.

This particular one 2008 it's just not giving me anything. I've checked the obd port and looks fine, once I plug any of the obd generic ones they will power up but says connection error

Any help will be much appreciated

Bad connections at the dlc are very common. Sometimes I have to take them apart and pry at the tabs to get them to fit tighter. In some cases I've spliced on a new connector.
