looking for a way to scan and send pod's to customer via email while on the road via portable scanner or fax from truck

Here you go. Simply scan your BOL's into a pdf file and then e-mail them. I have been using this for over a yr and now my new QC has a scanner built in. But I still use the Neat Receipt for my filing system and record keepings. It is a great tool.
