binding steering

Hey there folks. FNG here. I have a 2017 HINO 338 with a intermittant binding steering wheel. i changed the filter and it was better for a week then started again?

You'll need to plump a gauge into the steering box inlet and see what the pressure is when it's working normal and when it's not. If the pressure is consistent I'd blame either the box or something binding up front, like kingpins.
