Tells you where his loyality lies..if you didn't already know...the State employee pension plans and benefits are the biggest expense to the states and driving them into BK...I heard the other day that 11 states have already done away with collective bargaining for the state unions , Ohio is working on this this week...

So what is going to do?

Try to pass a law forbidding the states to meddle in Labor Affairs?

I think that it may be time for the states and the country to take another look at the labor laws that the feds have on the books and maybe repeal most if not all of them and let the states decide for themselves.

Just think that JFK allowed collective bargaining to happen by executive order and just think congress can overturn that any time they want.

I just read how the tea party is starting to focus on getting rid of republicans who have been in office too long and been too liberal, so anything is possible.
