Another milestone crossed..

well i finally have been into 47 of the lower 48 states expediting.....dropped off a load in Maine last night..only have one more state to go...Washington....it took over a year to go from the 46th to the 47th state....ya never no ..i just might make the 48th before i get out of this expediting mess in october...

Layout, you caught a load to Alaska in your expediting career? Did you get a backhaul? (Maybe a load of ice to Phoenix?)

U gotta check out Knubby Lighthouse in southern Maine if u've got time. pretty cool scenery. I may have a pic still on here if I'm correct. Panther only seems to send me to Maine in the winter. Never the summer when the weather is nice.

Yea, the Alaska run was in Nov. of 2005, our first year in the business. The month before we got a run to St. John's Newfoundland. No back haul from Alaska but the load paid SOOO good it was well above our minimum at the time INCLUDING the 5000 mi deadhead. Besides, it was worth way more than money for the trip. What amazing scenery. We took 3 days to see Anchorage. It was worth it in every way. Layoutshooter
