We can't return to prosperity until some serious changes are made, starting with an increase in the interest rate, Tax replacement and other hard serious measures that Obama is incapable of understanding - in other words someone has to pay the bill and it is coming due in the next year.
Clinton? Yea right dougie. He left us with the tech bubble gone and heading into a recession.
