I'm mixed about these videos. It's great that all these youngsters are learning what LIBERTY is, instead of just rights. But I'm against going out and provoking a confrontation to prove that I can. This guy strapped on a gun, and walked down the street so he could prove that he could.

The officer was very professional, and conceded when he knew he was in the wrong. It doesn't usually work that way. Usually, the guy will get handcuffed, and tossed in the car, the video camera impounded, never to be seen again, and the guy probably roughed up back at the precinct. IOW, the gun carrier lucked out today, and was able to film his victory.

IMO, a bigger victory, and one that is usually shown by the media, is to walk into a city council meeting, while open carrying. A group of open carriers did this in Pontiac, to shoot down an outdated city law about when you can and can't carry.

Not to knock this kid, as we do need to know the laws. These videos are invaluable, but usually get repeated, like stunts on Jackazz, and gets some ignorant soul killed.

The problem is that he should have NEVER been stopped in the first place. It is a RIGHT that EVERYONE has. The police have NO legal authority to stop someone for exercising their RIGHTS. The government MUST live within it's legal bounds. There is NO excuse for anything less. There is no room for compromise on this. Either we are FREE to live our lives as we choose, or we are not. The cop was totally out of line. WE need MORE people to challenge the government, on camera if needed, to make it easier for the People to control the government AS THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TOO!

If you're familiar with the Freemen (sovereign citizens), then you'll know that they mastered the rituals/common law of the court system. Once the judiciary and the powers that be were faced with being beaten by their own game, they changed the rules. That's what will happen here. If a multitude of people go out there with holsters and cameras, just to challenge the establishment, they WILL make it hard on everyone to do similar.

London, ON has no problem doing what I explained above... taking someone to a backroom cell, that has no cameras, and tazing someone to within an inch of their life, then taking them to a kangaroo court to break them down even further. My wife is from London, and doesn't find this surprising; so you know it happens elsewhere.

For people to do this, they need larger numbers, and MANY cameras, and preferably a lawyer on hand. Once enough of these officers' bonds get sued, we may see a change; but that goes back to what I said about them changing the rules in court.

Obama and Co, that IS who is in office now, is working as HARD as he can to destroy our Liberty. The Senate panel put out ANOTHER bill that, if passed, would FURTHER LIMIT the RIGHTS of the People. Not ONLY the RIGHT to own and carry weapons, but the RIGHT to FREE exercise of commerce BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS.

It's either in your face now, or fighting in the streets soon. They MUST be stopped!

Perhaps the best way to "suppress the oppressor" would have been to vote for Romney?

Nope, Romney sucked. The current oppressor does not give a rats butt about our freedoms or liberty. Not that the last several did either. The next will likely even be WORSE. The stage has been set, the play will likely run. I see little chance of stopping it now.
