I want to tell everybody how pleased we are with the service from Alumibunk!
Our truck was rear ended by a sleeping at the wheel semi driver in very light traffic conditions on 8-18-05 in tennessee. most straight truck teams yousally have satellites that monitor speed of the truck etc and log in time to make sure everything is legal and everybody is a lot safer rather than a lose cannon running down the road double logged and with no sleep killing People!
Yes that does not mean a lot of you Professional drivers it's just that select bunch you know them, we all do.
Anyway, Alumibunk has been so great to deal with,Matt the service manager even gave me his cell phone to call him at any time if I needed any help in any way, and I did.
I received a loaner vehicle for my team to get home during the repairs, and Matt made sure everything was taken care of. Yes sometimes things happen that the service was not perfect, but I would have to say we were well taken care of, and we are very happy to deal with Alumibunk and it's staff.
One time we did have a problem that resulted from the mechanic from Alumibunk, causing our truck to break down, but after a call to Matt, our wrecker bill was paid for and the repair bill was paid from Alumibunk to the Cat dealer who was near by to help us get back on the road.
It's not a perfect world and it's good to know the Folk's at Alumibunk are there to make things a little easier during a
problem.
