Every time I start the truck a noise came out the ac on high any one know if the ac in on warranty or what is the noise please I need help I also open every thing looks like the sound comes out from inside the vent sounds like a paper or something inside the vents tha moves whit the ac air

Could be the fan starting to go.
Try each fan speed to see if it's doing it only on high.....also does it do it while the heat is on?

There's likely paper or trash or whatever stuck in the blower fan. Stick your head under the right center of dash. There's supposed to be a little screen there to catch debris. It's about six inches square. Is it missing? Is the screen clogged? Clean it out if it is. If it's missing, something may have been sucked inside. You'll likely have to remove the blower motor to clean it out.
