The number of bars in the DPR gauge jumped from 2 bars to 5 bars. It's never been more than 3 bars. The computer says regeneration has kicked in, but nothing gets resolved. It just continues to supposedly regenerate, but continues indefinitely. Now up to 7 bars as I've continued to drive the truck.

The most likely culprit is the fuel addition injector in the exhaust pipe just downstream of the turbo. Its housing also gets completely packed full of soot. That housing has to come off to clean it. It's recommended to have this cleaned out every 75k.
