I'd like to thank everyone that contributed to making this years EXPO an enjoyable and educational experience for attendees. Not just Lawrence and his staff, but the numerous volunteers that gave of their time to assist people like my wife and I in researching entering this industry. I have attended 3 EXPO'S now and, personally, think this was the most rewarding yet. How can you possibly thank the many forum members that showed up to participate in the roundtable? The trip, for us, was worth it just to meet the people that we only knew by screen names before. What a wealth of information these folks gave us. I believe that criticism of the roundatable was misguided. There is a time and place for different types of presentations and levels of educational programs. The Roundatble, to us, was the most educational because it gave us an opportunity to talk to people that we have related to while reading the forums for the last few years. I hope that negative comments do not stop you folks from continuing to contribute to the forum AND the EXPO. There are many of us out here who greatly value your insights, contributions, and assistance. Thank you very much.

Yes,you are correct, the Expo was excellent and the only thing I can think of was the pa system was too load, to the point of not being to understand what was said.Other than that, Lawrence did a awesome job of putting on a great show.

Problem with the PA system if it is too loud then you can't have a conversation without yelling. I'd rather be able to talk to people rather than compete with the PA system
I really didn't pay attention to how it was set up or where the speakers were, maybe it needed more speakers in all corners of the room.

Thanks for the input!

The roundtable was indeed designed to be more "user friendly' , and less structured. I got lots of comments from people afterwards, and all were good!

Attendees really seemed to enjoy being able to just jump from topic to topic, throwing out questions, and getting answers.

The more structured and planned out workshops are excellent, and serve a great need.. but the roundtable also showed that people want to be able to just 'chat' in effect, with a bunch of experienced expediters, and just share what has worked for them.

I definately believe the "off line forum" will be held again!

Thanks to Linda for a great job, and all the volunteers who were on the panel. Thanks also to all those who participated from their tables!

Some of you.. (and you know who you are... ).. will not get away with hiding next year.. LOL.. you have too much to share!

As for the speakers, sorry bout that.. I didn't notice them being too loud, but easy fix :) . (they were in the ceiling by the way)

Thanks folks!
