I suppose this kid will start his "unschooling" program by the time he's six years old. This is what happens when parents let kids do whatever they want with no rules or restrictions.

Even as a smoker, this makes me sick.The government is taking this way too lightly.The parents should be held more accountable for their actions.That kid will end up being over 500# by the time he turns 18, I bet.No reason for a kid at 2 years old to be that overweight to begin with.
