1628 mile Dead Head from NY to Dever Colorado

Here is a short

After making a drop in NY my Lay Over option was
Drive 1628 miles to Denver Colorado. Needless to say I took a Pic of
it. Then called the Company, Thinking it was a Joke. Nope No Joke as the Dispatcher stated that the person that gave out the layover options thought Id wanted to go home. Funney as thats always the last option. Well in any case here I sit from Friday to Monday with no load. Needles to say Colorado isn't my Home. What a no Brainer

One time I unloaded in Granbury TX which is about 60 miles SW of Ft Worth and my layover plan 1&2 was Albany NY, 1751 miles. This was on a Thursday,I called up and was told "well you can be there by Monday".

I can understand possibly staying with a larger company for consistancy sake. But good GOD I would go nuts with the lack of common sense!!!
