Today I received a recall on my Sprinter. Seems that a reprogramming of the engine control unit is in need of updating. The MAF if fails, the check engine light will not illuminate or store error codes in the ECU. Anyone else? Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

I'm not sure if the 2013 has the deverter value. It should be somewhere mounted on upper firewall. Mine has three hoses, yours may only have two. It allows hot air to flow through heater core and deverts it , bypass, when A/C is selected. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

Oil change is cheap. Why chance a engine? I change mine and drive around the block and it's almost black as night. Come on guys, it's not 5 gallons of oil here. Best $50.00+ you can spend to save the engine.

I got mine at the Fort Wayne truck stop for $1.00. Bought two gave one away, still have one to give away. Not needed anymore. I have the switch that RPMs can now be adjusted with Cruise control.

You should be able to reset it on the fly without pulling over. When I had my inter cooler leak, before I started my run I would leave it plugged in and menu over the 'reset'.

I have a 05 and clean it once a year. Soot builds up at the end and forms a cone other junk gums it up. I had one that the baffles would not close all the way. Engine light came on and limp mode to only 65 mph. After cleaning if worked good as new. Just don't strip out those bolts!
