I was with fedex for a time also . Maybe the reason they dont want a truck over 5 yrs is that it is paid for. They seem to like it if you have a payment hanging over youre head, wich in turn in fedex eyes makes you a little more motivated to run the truck. Just my thought, thanks:-) :-)

just a note about TA they are a member of the good sams club. this is a camping trailer club. I dont know if this is new or they always have been. this may be why the change of heart at some of the truck stops.:-)

as i am not a mechanic my thought might be the waste gate on the turbo. I think it is supposed to open when the truck gets warm. If if is not opening and just recirculating the hot air.just a thought:) :)

I have a 1998 fl 70 with a switch problem. when i turn the truck off it takes about 30 seconds for the engine to stop. the gauges and radio turn off as soon as the switch is turned off.this is not a constant problem it comes and goes. any help would be appreaciated.the motor is a 1326 cat...
