An article in the Aug/Sept issue of Land Line magazine states that 2 states have temporarily suspended the fuel tax. Indiana's tax of 5% will be suspended from July 1st for 60 days, and Illinois' 5% will be suspended from July 1st to the end of the year. Keep an eye on your fuel tax statements...
