How do you find out what o/o's are looking for drivers? Will the big companies (Fed Ex, Landstar, etc.) connect you? Also, what is meant when people say they are "qualified" to drive for whatever company? If you're driving for an o/o, do you still have to be qualified? Thanks for any help.
