Not knowing much about "Factoring" what happen when the Company you have hauled, say $4000.00 worth of freight for fails to pay the Factoring company?. Does the Factoring company eat it. Or come back after the Owner (you) for the money.:rolleyes: Minus what ever % you were charged to begin with.

Why not work out something with your Financial provider where your with in your means. Grow at a more moderate rate, to keep your overhead lower?.

I believe if you go to the SBA and apply for a loan. Are successful in getting the loan and you fail at your attempt in business. Your still responsible for the loan. If you don't have the faith to put up something of your own to start a business you need to stay in a one person operation. My...

I would expect the pay would stay the same. You may have more opportunities for freight as a team = more miles.

If I was within 200 miles or so of my shanty and had been out two weeks or more, I would tell dispatch. Going out of service for a few days after delivery. Bolt Express asked for 21 days a month. Which was easy to comply with.
