Whether it's motorsports, football, golf, whatever, I just like to see good competition. It is fun to see home(Mich) teams do well. Some people, particularly in NASCAR, seem to get way too passionate about favorites. College sports, as well.
I agree that there are some officers that get off on the power a bit too much. But, to say these people are the vast majority is just wrong. To say that anyone that inspects trucks instead of fighting in Iraq is a coward is just wrong. No matter the mindset of the officer, if all your ducks are...
I did'nt see anyone in this thread saying you can't have an opinion Msinger. I did'nt even see anyone insisting that you retreat to your cave. Debate happens! In this case, I can see a senerio happening where some over zealous Christian Conservatives will want to take some credit for Fords woes...
I know a guy who's son stood out just like this guy. You would have sworn he was 4 years older than he was. Also, look at #24 next to him. That face and thick eyebrows make him look 18 or 19.

Doowop, I appreciate your service to our country. But, with all due respect, how does being a vet qualify you to criticize the way someone else chooses to serve the public? Do you have some sort of training that helps you determine that someone is a coward that would fold under pressure?
As...
When I was with Thompson I took a trip to the GM cold weather facility in Kapuscasing,ON. It gets REAL lonely, no cell phone, and you just know you're going to break down.
As I'm sure many of you know(Highway Star clears throat and rolls eyes), last Sunday in Milville, Mn. Ricky Carmichael lapped the ENTIRE FIELD in the second moto of the AMA Pro National Motocross. It's important to point out that the second moto was a quagmire of mud and mud changes everything...
I had always known the rule to be "current to the last change of duty status." Maybe that wording changed with the overhaul.
This is a case where CB info may have helped. When you're approaching a scale, just ask what they're doing and someone will tell you they're checking log books. That...
I would sometimes use it to go back to the States if I had BRASS, a 321, or I was empty. Sometimes it would be jammed up with 4 wheelers and you would'nt save much time. If there is a problem with your clearence you get sent to the bridge. PAPS and FAST can't be used there.

Network news is on life support. The bigwigs just don't want to admit its dead. Some folks will watch the Perky One for a month or so, but she will be way to little and much to late.
Greg, I see you edited your post and yet the "a lot of people think he was a good president" statement remained. You're really putting your credibility on the line. I mean, how could that possibly be true?
Rich, I read that essay in USA Today. Classic limosine liberal. Lectures the peasants to...
Hino seems to be well on their way to becoming a big player. In a short time they've gone from being an obscure rarity to something you see on a daily basis. The salesman I talked to said the warranty is being used to offset the lack of name recognition and probably will be shortened at some...
Your story is consistant with what I've heard over the years. The truck I'm trying to get has a Pro Heat and has been updated to current specs. I've looked at a couple with Aux and when I talked to Alumibunk they said not to buy one with an Aux. If you have to fix it every time you turn around...
