    T-Val is Thermoking only now?

Post 16. Isn't this about where DaveKC should be jumping in to say " I'm glad I don't mess with reefers anymore. " ?

    T-Val is Thermoking only now?

When those new Volvo's T-Val tested they were told they would probably be the last Carriers leased on. They were told if you have a Carrier now, you can repair or replace it . Rumor ? I doubt it. The two people that told me this both claim to have heard it personally from office staff while...

    T-Val is Thermoking only now?

As fewer and fewer straights have Carrier on them it may increase in value.

    T-Val is Thermoking only now?

There is one member here very pro TK. I have never heard anyone else say what an improvement they have been. Would any TK owners like to tell their success stories ?

    Truck not starting

Will work on burned out headlights of old. Turn on, whack with fist and sometimes the filament would reattach. Modern filaments/bulbs too thin for this to work. ;(

    VRU load opp results ?

Let's say Gary is #1 and I am number 2. The offer comes out at 9:00. I flip a coin and accept the load at 9:03. Gary pulls out two years of spread sheets, checks fuel prices enroute, checks the barometric pressure in various cities, TV programming, and then flips a coin to respond at 09:09...

    Fla TNPKE

Last time I was there if you stayed over a certain amount of time they enforced it by charging you the maximum fare. The time from entry to exit tripped it.

    carrier

Reminds me of the Monk, who after his first twelve month review was finally allowed to speak. He could voice his opinion, but by rule he was only allowed to speak two words per year. His two words: Bed. Hard. The following year he was allowed two more words. He said: Food. Bad On his third...

    Gay discrimination

Why does one have to come out ? If I met you I wouldn't be inclined to tell you my sexual preferences. Why can't you be Ben and I be Bob. If you see me making out with an 85 year old lady, or, guy, you'll know what I'm in to. Why do my preferences matter to a casual acquaintance ? If some...

    Cargo Van Vs. Cube van

Are you buying or going to drive for an owner ? I think most consider a cube a van with a slightly larger body, and a box truck much larger, dock high. Cube having a floor about knee high. Box truck/straight truck the floor would be almost shoulder high. Which are you considering as the...
