I question this. Are you sure 1/4" is what you need? I used 1/2" and its about perfect. I dont have reflectix under mine but I cant imagine it making up another 1/4". Did you mean to say 1/2" ?

That stuff is called corrugated plastic. Looks alot like cardboard except it is plastic and seems to be more rigid. A web search will pull it up. It costs about $30 for a 4' x 8' sheet....problem is it has to be shipped by truck so the shipping costs are too much for small projects. Most sign...

lol...wow...hadnt even noticed. I assumed they only built one body with the chasis being the only difference.

It will probably be a while before Hazmat can speak to this, so I'll tell you how mine does. My Cargomax is set up so that when Im carrying 2 skids, I just load em on the tail end. The first will center over the drive axle, the second one is just inside the rear doors...totally behind the axle...

The side doors imo dont matter. Ive never had a need to load anything from the side. In fact, if I could "have it my way" I would opt for a single side door placed exactly where I want it....just enough door to allow entry/exit from the side. Nice !! Thanks for getting that empty weight too. That has been a source of misinformation on the Turtletop vehicles for a while now. I love the straight lines and sqaure corners you have to work with inside your van compared to the cargomax. Its obvious that you know how to "build"...

My experience would be with my previous carrier and in a ST, but I always did fine out of that area. I would stick close to Boston unless you just want to go to Sturbridge. Not many truck stops up there, but plenty of rest areas. If you drop to 95, there are some decent service plazas with McD's...
