Probably...depends on what he puts in it...and on it. Generator and rooftop is 2-300 depending on what ya go with. He wont be much over 7k if he keeps it basic.

    Hazmat's Ford TerraMaxx

I question this. Are you sure 1/4" is what you need? I used 1/2" and its about perfect. I dont have reflectix under mine but I cant imagine it making up another 1/4". Did you mean to say 1/2" ?

    Hazmat's Ford TerraMaxx

bout the same as a Cmax....maybe 100 lbs more. Of course its rated at more than 8550 too.

That stuff is called corrugated plastic. Looks alot like cardboard except it is plastic and seems to be more rigid. A web search will pull it up. It costs about $30 for a 4' x 8' sheet....problem is it has to be shipped by truck so the shipping costs are too much for small projects. Most sign...

Moot is a good guy to have on your side. If your nice, he might even share his "Blown steer tire reaction drill" with you. It is very imformative and should be in some sort of EO top 10 list some where.

According to the PDF spec sheets on their website, the Ford is 158" wheelbase compared to 159" wb on the chevy. What is the wheelbase on your van Hazmat? Downloads

lol...wow...hadnt even noticed. I assumed they only built one body with the chasis being the only difference.

It will probably be a while before Hazmat can speak to this, so I'll tell you how mine does. My Cargomax is set up so that when Im carrying 2 skids, I just load em on the tail end. The first will center over the drive axle, the second one is just inside the rear doors...totally behind the axle...

    Hazmat's Ford TerraMaxx

The side doors imo dont matter. Ive never had a need to load anything from the side. In fact, if I could "have it my way" I would opt for a single side door placed exactly where I want it....just enough door to allow entry/exit from the side. If your bed is side to side, the location of it would...

Nice !! Thanks for getting that empty weight too. That has been a source of misinformation on the Turtletop vehicles for a while now. I love the straight lines and sqaure corners you have to work with inside your van compared to the cargomax. Its obvious that you know how to "build"...

July locations and banter and everything else

All true, except the part of making up the 6 hours. I wanna see that one, Guido :D....I get what your saying though. And....I was just taking a jab at Scott. I'm fairly sure he didn't consider his time at the border a break. In fact, I don't think he was happy about it all... what better time...

July locations and banter and everything else

My experience would be with my previous carrier and in a ST, but I always did fine out of that area. I would stick close to Boston unless you just want to go to Sturbridge. Not many truck stops up there, but plenty of rest areas. If you drop to 95, there are some decent service plazas with McD's...

    Those Blair Drivers

Thats the post I was waiting for....lol. I thought 65 cents sounded a little high. From the rates they quoted me once to lease my straight truck, I wouldnt be surprised if .65 isnt what their paying Sprinter o/o's.

    True crime OTR..

If they were behind you..yesterday...why didn't you just walk back there and look...you were at the border? :D
