Yes , if you want to deal with DOT and scales. And yes ,if you have a CDL. A lot of drivers do not want to deal with this ,and some of them do not have CDL. The only chance for them is to drive a van.

Hi. I have a 2006 Ford E250 van, gas 4,6L engine. Last night I changed the 3-rd alternator this year. Can somebody give me an advice regarding this unusual issue ? I know the driver who drive the van idle a lot. I don't know it is related or no.Thanks
