Yes it does. I guess the guidelines are based on units often getting only a few hundred hours per year. I don't want to wait too long. I like the 100% reliability. I want to preserve that.

Expediter Services is a good place to start. They are good with newbies. It will pay maybe a little less than some. They fact that you get paid, not cheated, is big while you learn the business. They offer a lot of options later. They advertise here.
