Did you give the order to bunt. Brilliant! Man, I wish I had thought of that. It's perfect. LOL The above is just something I threw together when this mess was at its height. Posted it to one of the Reds message boards. And a few days later it actually got read on one of the shows on MLB on XM...

The Truth? You want answers? I think I'm entitled to them. You want answers? I want the truth! You can't handle the truth! "Son, we live in a basbeall world that has steroids sitting in the lockers. And those lockers have to be guarded by men with money. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Captain...

Threads are living, breathing organisms. They move in unexpected ways. No doubt, one of these days, a dispatcher will tell the owner of an extra tall 2007 Sprinter that the load was 4 inches too tall, even for a Sprinter. Whoops. Yes, I did take it up with a higher-up. More on the question of...

Most carriers, Panther included, will flat out dispatch around a van to keep their straight truck moving, and not think twice about it. Vans are a dime a dozen, but they will protect their straight trucks. And it happens even more frequently when freight is slow. Van drivers who don't understand...

talkinghorse43: Mine is a 2005, so I don't have a copy of the 2006 manual. But I do know that there were essentially no differences of consequence between the 2005 and 2006 models. However, there may very well be a computer programming difference in the 2006 models that let the OQS (Oil Quality...

Well, you can stand up for your principles and advance your agenda without being rude and petty about it. If common courtesy and simple Golden Rule manners is "sleeping with the enemy", where's my bunk? Incidentally, munging someone's screen name in an attempt at degrading satire is a lame...

"If you're referring to the Mopar oil PN 04798231AD 15w40 MB spec 228.3 listed on p298 of the '06 owner's manual, I don't think that's Mobil 1 0w40. Looks more like a clone of Shell Rotella T Miltigrade." Yeah, that Mopar part number is, actually, Shell Rotella T Multigrade 15W-40. That's for...

The Sprinter computer is programmed so that, basically, you can have an accurate odometer and an inaccurate speedometer, or an accurate speedometer and an inaccurate odometer. It all depends on whether your Sprinter's ECM was programmed for 15" or 16" wheels. If you Sprinter has 15" wheels...

Good example. Notice that table has no Curb Weights at all listed. If you look at the standard and maximum weights of the 2500 170-in and EXT versions, they kind of don't make sense, but when you compare those to the curb weights listed in other published tables, they simply don't even add up.
