    Why Work???

Your link took me to Mark Levin's website. I then searched for Wyatt Emmerich of the Cleveland Current after reading the story. That took me to a page with a list of blogs and message boards with Sean Hannity's forum listed first. I searched Wyatt Emmerich, nothing. I searched Wyatt Emmerich...

    Bush-era tax cuts

Care to share with us on how you would know if I was or was not a deficit hawk? When you have something intelligent to say come back and join the conversation.

Ron Paul defends WikiLeaks on the House Floor

    Bush-era tax cuts

In simple terms, I would like to see them expire, go back to what they were. The "Sunset Provision"(for more on that go here:http://www.taxfoundation.org/news/show/26312.html) was put in place because these tax provisions are not payed for. Cut spending and pay down the deficit.

Ron Paul defends WikiLeaks on the House Floor

Since I brought up corruption in another thread and Ron Paul in another thread, I would like to say this, "In my opinion, I think this guy is the least corrupt person in Washington, for that reason alone he should be our next President of these United States of America." ****Attention*****...

If I knew how to change the title I would. If anyone know's how to do this I would be more than happy to learn how it is done. Or if a Moderator out there can do it, you have my permision to so.

    Bush-era tax cuts

Alrighty then. How 'bout this? We'll call them, Bush's 2001 and 2003 tax provisions. Unless of course you have a better way of describing what is going to happen or not happen to our taxes on Jan. 1st. 2011.

    Columbia University Reverses Anti-WikiLeaks Guidance

By the way, when I say,"serious judgement", I mean a life sentence or death penalty. Which I think neither will get, especially since the precedence has already been set.

    Columbia University Reverses Anti-WikiLeaks Guidance

Thank you for the link. This is not going to be an open and shut case, in my opinion. Again, intent will be the deciding factor if the Private and Mr. Assange have any luck surviving serious judgement. As far as I know, we haven't even charged him with a crime yet. The Brit's have him, the...

    Bush-era tax cuts

Agreed. Lest not forget the corruption that goes on in Washington AND at the State level. Take for instance the $7.4 billion Health Bill for 9/11 responders that's in the Senate right now being fillibustered by the GOP. I highly doubt that Republicans in the Senate do not want to help...

Texas court to rule on death penalty constitutionality

I really didn't think it was a big issue by mentioning another member in a thread. Obviously it was for you. The PM advice you handed down to me, goes both ways Turtle. You could've very easily PM'ed me, letting me know you didn't appreciate being named in a thread you haven't commented in...

GOP gets queasy over earmark ban

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. I am totally in favor of the "earmark" ban and love the fact that some of these politicians will be receiving some "tough love", as stated in the article. Especially Bachman, this is one of the issues she railed against and got the Tea...

Texas court to rule on death penalty constitutionality

Yep, you got it, that's all it was. Two simple words, "eh Turtle". Are you paranoid or something? If you think I wanted to bring you in to have a dialogue about the death penalty in this thread, you are sorely mistaken. Instead, what we got was you whinning about me mentioning your...

Has release of Wikileaks documents cost lives?

I have to go, so I am just throwing this out there. I do not think there any laws on the books to go after someone who publish's the information\, not to mention intent. As emotional all of this is, there are still laws to be followed.

Has release of Wikileaks documents cost lives?

If I'm not mistaken, Wikilieaks does not look for the information, it is given to them and then they in turn publish it on their web-site. From what I understand the information was given to Wikileaks by Private First Class Bradley Manning an Army Ingeligence Analyst that had access to the...
