Is he in the Sprinter? If so, that opens up the doors to a lot more loads. More available loads potentially means less deadheading to the next load and less sitting. Just my opinion and experience. Payload capacity (including both dims and weight) can make a world of difference. I miss out on...

Depends on the company and credit. I keep hearing 3-6%. Doesn't sound bad but that's without the fine print.
