Thanks for the heads up, I am doing this with my wife and we have been warned about ketosis. We are also doing this under a doctors supervision. Once you get down to 90% of your goal weight then you start adding normal food ie fruit, bread, pasta etc. They also warned us to stay hydrated...

try the almond milk they have out I like it better than the soy and men shouldn't eat too much soy.

:rolleyes::rolleyes:I think the main thing for most of us is to learn proper portion sizes, and the buffet definately doesn't teach us that. I'm a label reader now and am amazed at how many things I consider a portion are actually two or three portions My downfall is Doritos and potato chips...
