The common process is to sign on with a carrier that is already set up with those load sources. Or is one of those sources as well.

It doesn't solve your problem NOW but rockauto.com. Not expensive at all. Unless I'm looking them up wrong. $4-$14 depending on brand and type of bulb or coated or not.

Yes. Very organized procedure for dropping or picking crossdock freight. Lots of checks and balances to make sure the right freight is received and accepted by them.
