In the past, a DOT physical wasn't required to get a license, but it is required to actually work. That's changing. It will be required to get a license and in the near future will be on file electronically and we won't have to carry a card with us.

That's not true. There's freight that's been run in an "expedited" fashion for many, many years. It just wasn't identified as a segment of the industry. Now that it is, some folks doing it want to feel special. Got'cha beat by a year, I started in '76.
