Yeah that is so true. What you could expect to happen in certain month money wise is not happening. Right now you have to take what you get and pretty much run with it.

No. It may bog down a little when the compressor kicks on but other than that it recovers just fine.

My ryobi 2200 does just fine handling the surge with my 13500 btu AC.

I once had an 0500 to Laredo. It just had to be there at 0500 per shipper. Yea right. Needless to say when I got there at 0500 the guard said they don't start receiving until 0800. Wasn't real happy staying there for 3 hours where I could stayed in bed at the hotel for a couple of more hours...
