HOW DID YOU DISCOVER EXPEDITING ???

Greg....You asked if the following was a "typo" " "My hubby spent 21 years in the Navy, 71 of it on submarines as Nuclear Machinist Mate (ELT- Engineering Laboratory Technician)." Uhh....yeah..see what happens when you type in the dark, rolling down a bumpy road..and you're a dyslexic typer to...

    Fax Service

We also use E-Fax and have had no problems with it. We get our settlements from the owner faxed to us weekly along with all the faxing that goes on because of Canada. Being able to do that while running down the road is a time/sanity saver for us.

HOW DID YOU DISCOVER EXPEDITING ???

My hubby spent 21 years in the Navy, 71 of it on submarines as Nuclear Machinist Mate (ELT- Engineering Laboratory Technician). I spent an average of 7 months out of every year as a single mom with 3 boys. When hubby retired, we moved to Albuquerque, NM when he took a job at an Intel site...

    This concerns panther people

We drivers have a job to do....Dispatchers have a job to do. What good does it do to call and scream? Treat everyone as you would like to be treated because what goes around comes around.

Same question here Dave. If the Macro 8 isn't really of value, then why have it?

    Something to do while sitting...

Great ideas from everyone! When it's cold outside, like it is now, we usually sit and watch movies, read, play on the computer. I have also gotten my hubby into crosstitching (shhh don't tell anyone) :P ;) I also crotchet blankets that I give as gifts.

    My apologies to A. Blair

    >It seems to be hard to remember the good things that happen >when your sitting. Boy is that a true statement! We've been fighting that recently. Just before Christmas, we sat for 4 days in Oregon with no luck on the load boards, before we finally bit the bullet and headed for home. All 3...

We picked up a little 800 watt toaster at Walmart the other day. Couldn't pass up the price of $6.98 and now I'm in heaven! :) I can have peanut butter toast anytime I want it. LOL

Panther Policy toward Pets and Passengers

I believe you can have pets, but be aware that some of the places you would pick up/deliver to don't allow pets.

    Panther II T-Val

That little datacold unit is gathering dust on our truck :( We've done a few reefer loads, but nothing "validated". A "D" unit should work fine, we've had to turn down a few loads because they were too heavy for our little truck

    Sprint PCS connection card question

Maybe I'm missing something here. If you have a Sprint aircard, then you can use a yahoo, hotmail or whatever email address. Is there a reason you would need to have a sprint specific email address?

A Little Bit of Positive Input....

Great post! Our biggest problem is remembering that we do have this flexibility. We are still fighting that "tractor/trailer" mentality. Keep posting stuff like this as a reminder please!
