Cruise Control in a Construction Zone

You surely seem to understand what I've tried to explain to these meatheads (yes I'm name calling! LOL) I choose to operate my cruise simular to you, and do so safely. Even when it malfunctioned a month or so back. Once it malfunctioned the smart thing to do is not us it until it was repaired...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

I've NEVER said that because I'm married to an ex-cop that I'm better than anyone else anywhere on this forum. Care to show the readers and I otherwise? Never said truck driving is rocket science either. Again, care to show the readers and I otherwise. I only finish what you start Deville...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

In our two years now of hauling our stepdeck and my prior flatbedding many years ago, not once have any of the above mentioned items fallen from our open top trailer. That is not because of luck but rather vigilance. That means when done properly and safety checked at regular intervals this wont...

Have at it my friend. knock yourself out. I'll even dail the number for you. As for my wife, you sir are a liar! In the past you have made derogatory comments about her and her carreer in law enforcement both on public forum and privately. Shall I email those to Michelle for you? Now you...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

Wouldn't it be the noble thing to do if the van driver in question were to come on this forum and verify my story (so Deville would stop calling me a liar) and fess up to his wrong doings that day. God, I must really live in a dream world! LOL

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

For those of you that have never done oversized loads: The rules regarding these loads are VERY stringent. In fact the load is not allowed to leave the shipper's property before ALL state and local transport permits have been received by the truck hauling the load. It is the states and cities...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

Deville, Deville, Deville, I am not here to earn your friendship nor do I care if you like me or not. To continually question my honesty on this forum when you've never met me (or my wife) raises questions in my mind. On what basis or proof do you keep coming to this conclusion, or is it...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

I am happy to report jaminjim, that while on our way to DHL in Erlanger,KY today to pick up our load, we had the pleasure of sharing the road with a B-unit from the same carrier in question. We were both going to DHL and we were behind this driver From I-75 all the way to the shipper's gate...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

I had not checked my PMs prior to my last post on this thread. I did find that a trusted friend has contacted the appropriate department at this carrier and made them aware of my concerns and upset. Knowing this, I have faith that good will come of this to make the roads safer for all and this...

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

Unfortunately, we've complained to this carrier twice before for exactly the same issue. Those calls regarded ER-units that were part of a government project that reqiured us to caravan with these trucks. Our calls were to answer the Cit Team after these teams called in and complained that we...

Guess I'm to kind of a person. Since I believe this driver is a known member on this forum, I'm hoping that by reading this post he will learn from it!

    Expediter, you've gone to far!

In another thread on EO, Jamimjim states "Some of you claim to be business people, professionals, and a number of names" and then proceeds to post quotes by myself and others to make his point. Let Jamimjim be the catalyst for the following, as I originally had not planned to post this. Maybe...

    Pets and Customers

If you go online and randomly research the animal cruelty laws in cities or counties you P/D freight in, you will find many times they vary from state to state, county to county, and city to city. You may be suprised at what innocent action on your part regarding how you handle your pet, is in...

    Pets and Customers

Simply explain to the moron at the gate that you WILL NOT tie your dog to the fence and leave it, nor will you put the dog in a crate/cage and leave it outside. Tell him/her that is cruelty to animals which is against the law. Tell him/her that your dog is a family member and that you are sure...

So you want a tattoo huh

OK, with that said I'm gonna go for broke here and will probably get deleted! LOL As I said before, Midnight Angel was my first and was done at a biker's tattoo shop (Strokers Ink Dallas, TX). Into the tat shop the wife and I went with idea in hand and my artist said no problem. Give me...

So you want a tattoo huh

Both of my current tats are originals (not from tattoo flash images). Both of my tattoo artist took my ideas and drew them by hand to create the tat. A good tattoo artist is good with both pencil and a needle. I got my Midnight Angel done at Strokers Ink in Dallas, TX which is in with...

    Trailers with those side skirts

Our storage boxes down both sides of our stepdeck trailer do the same and more. They to cut down the amount of road spray that we kick up. Plus they give us plenty of storage for our many custom tarps and equipment. Also improve our MPG. And they look nicer! :D
