That is a standard pay plan for owners, 40 % split between drivers but you should get 100 % of anything you as the drivers do ( hand unload or load ), stuff like that to split between you. Talk to the owners drivers, ask him for 2 or 3 names of present and past drivers !!

Except for you are at a truck stop, our least favorite place to park but the discount program is great !! T/A & Petro are trying harder than all the rest.
