    Boo ... its October

I'm not a big fan of casinos, but thanks. That said, a few months back when we were having a peanut butter and ramen noodle weekend, one of Murray's finest took us to the Hard Rock Cafe inside a casino in Tulsa. Great food good price, and he bought [emoji4]

    Dumb Question....

I'll update this post with the exact chapter and verse when I Google it, but in a nutshell, PA state inspection is an acceptable equivalent to a DOT inspection. If I were you, I'd just send your dispatcher a picture of your inspection sticker, both sides, or a pic of your invoice from the garage...

    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

The problem will be if you end up with a dual rear wheel vehicle. There's not enough room between the wheel wells for a US-standard pallet. European-designed vans like the Sprinter are made with Europallets in mind (800x1200 mm, or for us Yanks, 31.5"x47.25").

    Welcome September

Had enough of sitting in KC. Deadheaded to Des Moines last night, today got a shortie at a good rate, to Omaha. Dispatched on a Lincoln, NE to ATL. Fell through, tho, cos the freight is 85" tall! Somewhere in Lincoln, a straight truck is loading a 500 lb load, and someone is paying for the...

Max box size on 295 wheelbase

Yes, that's why I suggested the OP recheck the specs in the brochure. Realistically, he's probably looking at a 22' box, plus a little bit of room for a step and/or liftgate. That part's simple arithmetic. What I'm curious about is what wheelbase you need for a 40' truck. That I have no...

Max box size on 295 wheelbase

Recheck your specs. I find it hard to believe that a 72" sleeper would allow a 125" BBC. That would mean 53" from the bumper to the back of the main cab. On a Cascadia the hood itself is probably 53" if not longer [emoji15] Sent from my KYOCERA-C6745 using EO Forums mobile app
