How many people send a 1099 to their carrier for QC/C-link charges and fee's they charge. This is income for your carrier and you should be sending them a 1099.

Greg you seem to think the same way I do. If my carrier offers this and I pay a small amount of $20.00 a week per truck, I'm signing up. I see it as something that will keep the truck moving rather than waiting in Scale or toll lines.

Xiggi this is just a thought. Yes if something like this ever happened at a carrier it would have to be based on a truck size. I was using $20.00 as an example. Maybe Sprinters would be $12.00 a week, two axle D unit would be $16.00 a week, A three Axle d-unit would be $20.00, and a Tractor...

I think you guys are missing the whole point. Most carriers only pay for tolls on the loaded miles, NOT the deadhead miles, not the empty move miles, or if you're coming home for time off. Paying $20.00 is not that bad per truck if they are paying all tolls where ever the truck goes. If you...

Jake the owner of the truck has to do it really. We took ours out of the truck you drive and the other trucks in our fleet because they never worked right. We are getting the transponder that has EZ Pass and Pre Pass on one transponder.

Okay, your carrier sometimes pays your tolls. Would you pay 20.00 a week to your carrier so you didn't have to pay any tolls at all and you would have Pre Pass on your transponder with EZ Pass. I think they call it EZ Pass Plus, but I'm not sure.

Since most carriers are paying tolls for some loads. Would pay $20.00 a week to have Ez Pass and Pre Pass in your truck or trucks. It's less paperwork for you and the carrier. I know I would if it was offered.
