Knowing North Korea's past, it is a very fair question. Since the two Korea's are still at war, suspicion is kinda normal. I would be worried if we have a hostile army of 1.5 million on my doorstep with nothing to do. The country is starving, very poor, a dangerous combination.

Bad for business. There is no excuse for this sort of thing. This will have a limited effect on FedEx. It will soon die out. Many people have had shipping problems, problems with all shippers. The vast majority of items shipped show up on time and in good shape.
