Unless there is alot of oil on the floor, the diamond plate should be sufficient for traction. We have had ours with snow and water on the floor and it didn't seem in these incidences to have any effect with regards to surface traction. Davekc

As far as sleeper companies, I believe every one of them drains the sink water to the outside. Toilets have a grey water tank (must be dumped at RV facility like flying J) as well as showers. On the showers, you can grey tank the water, or open drain so it runs out on the ground. Davekc
